How do I get my homepage to come back instead of going to an anti-virus website?

Ok when I click on my internet explorer (which is IE7) it will not go to my homepage,which is set to yahoo.Can anyone help me with this problem that I am having?Oh and also,how do you get the protection bar to come off of there cause I have tried to get it off but it wont go off.

With IE7 it sets 2 home pages... go to your home page and then go to the options and reset the home page. If there are two home pages listed then delete one out and make sure you hit apply. Close out of IE and then go back in and see where you end up. Perhaps if you are having problems your home site may have been 'hijacked' - if so I'd suggest a simple program called 'hijackthis' which is a free download at : http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/progr...

You are infected and your homepage has been hijacked. Go to WWW.DOWNLOAD.COM and search for hijackthis. Run the software and follow instructions on it to recover your homepage
All you have to do is click control panel, internet options and there should be a homepage thing . all u have to do is delete the box where it says ur antivirus page and set it back to yahoo.
You have a virus that makes it do that. My computer used to do the same thing, I had to have it fixed by those people at Best Buy.
