Which is the best Free anti-virus AVG or Avast, and does it come with everything? like firewall??

I am a previous norton user, came free, now my 90 days is up and can't afford another round with norton, so I want a free download, also, if I download a free program, do I have to add anything with it for more protection?

The only free Internet Security Suite is called Blink PE. but I don't recommend it. If you're considering freeware security applications, you can choose from the following:
