AT&T Yahoo Anti-virus?

Has anyone else had trouble getting the AT%26T Yahoo Antivirus updates in the last week? Everytime I try to get the updates I get an error. I have the pre-Norton version of Computer Associates. Do I have to upgrade to Norton to get up to date antivirus protection?

Yep, it has to be norton..

There are free anti-virus scanners availble. They work well. I like AVG the best of all the free anti-virus programs.

If you are not willing to spend money it is good to have some kind of anti-virus software

This is my recommendation for anti-virus. Free are good, but they are not as accurate as the top paid anti-virus software

yes you do now have to upgrade so to say to the norton tools they offer for free. I did and just didnt install the anti virus or firewall offered as I want to keep using what I have there. but the spyware tool does a good job.good luck.
Yes, I had this same problem. I updated to the Norton, and I DESPISE it! My computer has slowed down considerably, and when I open Internet Explorer, it often takes a long time, or gets hung up and quits responding. I am ready to trash the Norton. Does anyone know how to get the Computer Associates virus program back? Oh, I also cannot get my computer to restore to a pre Norton version. This really stinks! Any suggestions?
