Well on my task bar (near the clock) I keep getting this system alert and it's instructing me to download this Anti-Vermins program, is this a virus (trying to make me download something dangerous to my computer) or is it something I should do?

I do not know about it. But, I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...! Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at
