I am running Windows XP with SP2. NAV is clashing with my BT Yahoo Online Protection and should have been removed previously, but was'nt.

some of my programmes do not show

on xp's Add and remove progs list

but they do show on ccleaners add or remove list,therefore i suggest you install ccleaner and uninstall norton via ccleaners list.

you can either keep ccleaner or dump it

afterwards ,i would personally keep ccleaner because its a good free programme.
