I downloaded Active X Video something and now my computer is going crazy. PLZ READ!?

Well, first I was trying to download porn and then my computer asks me to download Active X (I know what Active X is...porno forced me to do it!) and so I did and now it downloaded a program called ''AntiVermeans'' whatever that is and then now my computer is saying ''System Alert! System has found tons of spyware on your computer and it may slow down your computer! So click here to download Anti-Virus protection. (Yes i'm a computer programmer so I didn't click this and I don't believe it.) Then ''Anti Vermean'' says I have viruses in my registry keys (It came installed with Active X.) and I feel so screwed right now. Plz someone help!!!!!!!

P.S. I can only run in Safe Mode....AHHH!!!!!!!
