How can i get rid of this problem, spyware?

ok, i have anti virus protection, firewall and anti spyware programs which are fully operational and reliable. (safeteydefender.com) has locked itself as my homepage, trying to force me to purchase antispyware programs from other people. can anyone help or tell me how i can correct this. i have tried all i can but now out of options. thankyou

That's not a spyware, thats an Ad or Hijacker.

Switch ur current antibadware to a better ones (firewall: ZoneAlarm, AV: Avast!, AS: WindowsDefender and Spybot S%26D).

First get urself XoftSpy (or try using Spybot), with what u can get rid of browser hijacker, then use Spybot to lock the home page (IE Tweaks) to what ever u want.
