How Can I Get Rid Of Spam Popups? I have anti-virus installed!?

I have McAfee Total Protection installed and it does not find anything. I also have run Microsoft Malicious Software too, with nothing found. I still keep getting these popups that are just ads. WHY?!?

It's a typical behavior of adware. I think you should download some good spyware and pop-up removers from the net. Personally, I recommend Spyware Terminator and Pop-up Stopper from Panicware, all of which have been highly rated according to my sources and experience. Please remove these adwares fast as they may pose serious threat to your system's security.
