How do I get rid of unhealable Trojans on my PC?

I downloaded AVG Anti Virus protection and after I ran it it said I had 33 different Trojans on my PC. So I downloaded Spyware Doctor to remove them and I removed a bunch of them and then ran my AVG again and it said I had 8 Trojans still there but that they were unhealable and I don;t know how to get them off my computer. Someone please help. I start Everest Online Colege in two weeks and can't have any viruses on my computer and I don't know what to do.
