Problems with Wireless Connection?

I have wireless internet connection, which was working fine. Then, my computer had some virus problems, and I had to do a complete Format C and reinstallation of all of my software and hardware. Now, I have everything up and running. The only problem is that I can't get my wireless internet connection to stay connected for more than half an hour at a time. Before I reinstalled everything, the internet connection was very good, so I know it isnt the router or anything. I'm thinking it's a firewall issue because under "network connections" it says "connected, firewalled." I have two firewalls on this computer, one for Trend Micro's PC Cillin (my anti-virus protection) and the firewall for Windows XP.

If it helps my computer uses XP, and the wireless adapter is made by Ambit.

Like I said, there were no problems until I reinstalled the Windows and my wireless driver. Can anyone help me with this problem?
