I have no firewall or anti-virus protection like norton that blocks programs. I can sign on using the same ID when I use another useraccount on my pc (windows xp). I've tried changing the internet settings of my useraccount, deleting cookies etc. It still won't sign on, I have to use another account to be able to sign on.
